I got a phone call from an automated system claiming to be Citibank and to call them back. I decided to google the phone number and one single link came up. Remember the rules:
1. Don't give any personal info to anyone who calls YOU
2. Don't call any number that is not PRINTED ON YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (especially one that has been left for you by and automated message).
3. Don't click links in emails. Just type in the site in questions and login.
I just received a Paypal payment sent confirmation. I was just about to click the link to figure what the heck was going on since I didn't send any Paypal funds to anyone recently when I realized it was a new form of spoof email in the never ending war to steal your login information. Don't fall for it like I almost did. If you have a questions about your paypal (or ebay, or amazon, or bank, or email, or anything else), TYPE IN THE URL IN THE BROWSER...DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS IN YOUR EMAIL!
Have a good day and to you spammers and info-stealers: I hate your guts.
