Here's my busted iPhone 2.2 app list so far:
ShopShop - can't add new items...bummer. Guess I gotta go pay for Grocery IQ now.
FlyCast - playback stops when the iPhone locks itself...oops.
Facebook, LinkedIn, and fring seem to all be working.

Well, well, well....look who finally decided to show up to the party? What me mad? No, of course not...how could I be mad at a shiny new sliver of technology like you? Oh what's the problem you say? Well, for starters, what's up with lack of UMTS? I mean seriously...EDGE? Are you nuts? Have you surfed 2.5G speeds (think your twangy old modem--yeah I know, please don't make me go back...PLEASE!). I was going to ask you, "what about tethering to my laptop for data connections?" but forget it...you've already lost me.
What else is missing? Well an EVDO version of course. Cingular, the exclusive partner? Geez...that's gonna suck. So let me get this straight...you're gonna make me pay $600 (for the 8GB model) to lock me into a 2 year contract with no 3G radio built in? What's that you say? You'll probably add 3G speeds at Macworld 2008 anyway and those early adopters are gonna get screwed with their year and half to go on their contract? Man, that's gonna suck for your biggest fans huh?
I mean you are a sexy little thing, but forget it...I'm waiting on the 2G Apple - iPhone. Remember, come back with 2MB/s broadband and tethering support for Windows and Macs alike or don't come back at all. Oh and if you're not here by Jan 2008, I'm getting my EVDO Rev A Windows Mobile 6 phone....I can't believe I even waited for you.
And for those that get suckered into a 2 year agreement with a phone that costs $600 for EDGE speeds, I have some swamp land to sell you....I'll throw in some pills that will make you loose 30 lbs. in 30 days without any change in diet.
