It's been a while since I've pined for a digital camera so badly. Things have just been downright boring in that arena for some time. I mean, I already have the awesome Canon Rebel XT and Hongyun uses our old work horse, the Nikon 5200, so why another digicam?

7x optical zoon with 7 megapixels in a slim cam that's why. That's a pretty jaw dropping feat in my opinion. Casio claims to have stuffed some pretty neat features into their new EX-V7 dropping in April. I'm getting on the waiting list so as to avoid the ongoing Wii-style queues.
