Looks like A9 is throwing in the towel. I am was a big fan of the toolbar because of a few cool things:

Toolbar worked between mozilla and IE -- why is this cool? Your bookmarks travel between both browsers and on multiple machines with zero effort.

1.57% back on amazon purchases -- every little penny helps. I'm sad this is going away, but I'm certainly not going to stop shopping at Amazon.

Windows Live Search backed -- this is still true, but I'm not going to use A9 much anymore because the other two are gone now...

Well back to the drawing board for a cross browser bookmarking solution.
