You would think I'm looking forward to the long weekend, but it's going to start with a long 2 hour round trip drive back to Mountain View to pick up my laptop that I forgot in my office.



This wouldn't be happening if I had another PC at home, but of course I let a coworker convince me that it'd be a good idea to keep all of my desktops at work...am I a fool or what?



I think I'm going to bring the laptop AND one of my desktops home tomorrow so I don't have another "computer" run for a long time...either that or I hookup the good old AMD PentiumIII equiv that I have collecting dust in my closet.



Maybe I'll give that thing a go before running back to work in the wee hours of th long weekend. Wish me some antiquated-tech luck. May your long weekend be filled with barbeque and happiness.
