Man I love math and economics. Everyone who took out a lame ass neg am ARM loan is about to get their asses whupped. I can't believe my mom actually gave me crap about not wanting to take part in the "boom" by signing my ass away with a loan. "Everyone's doing it...you should too."

I seriously hope my mom isn't watching late night infommercials...we'll be up to our ears in timeshares and investment opportunities of a lifetime out in the desert...
