You know that feeling when you've just got on a roller coaster and riding up the hill and then you hit the top of the hill and are looking down at the first huge drop? Yeah, it feels like that right now...The Housing Bubble Blog -- More Californians â??In Over Their Headsâ??.

I hope the prices come down to affordable in 2 to 3 years (10-15% decline YOY would be nice). Add this with my savings objectives, zero debt plan by mid next year, Hongyun's artwork hanging in a gallery on Berkeley's ritzy 4th street area, some nutty-yet-not-so-crazy investments coming down the pike and we should be sitting pretty to scoop up some fire sale properties.
