Ok, calm down...deep breath. Microsoft Researchers apparently feel your pain. They've been holed up trying to figure out how to digitally get your group to smile and keep their eyes open all at the same time. The application they created allows you to take the best parts of every photo and spackle them together to create the ulitmate perfect group photo. Some folks have been playing with the tool have created interesting collages and what not. Needless to say, it's definitely cool. . Even cooler is that it's free (what? from Microsoft?).
