If this were the Arsenio Hall show, I'd be in the dog pound giving Michell Malkin the "woof, woof, woof". She's a great writer and a conservative one at that. And she's got a great blog on how illegal immigration is destorying America:
Readers, however, may wonder how people who have snuck into a country against its laws, are working against its laws, collecting welfare in accordance with its laws, committing crime against its laws, and earning so much as to rebuild whole towns in their corrupt and mismanaged patrias can have a gripe so great against this country as to justify trying to burn it down.
I think we should just give Southern California to Mexico and build a greater wall than China has ever seen. Seriously though, it'd be nice if we could all get along and make sure we have adequate barriers to enter our country.
Think of it this way: 24 Hour Fitness (24h). 24h is the WalMart of fitness clubs because their prices are dirt cheap. Everyone and their grandma goes there. Why? Because it's cheap. It seriously is really really cheap. "So what's wrong with that," you say? Tragedy of the Commons. What's that you say (hint: click the link). To make a long story short, 24h is so cheap that so many people go there and make it crowded and dirty. "But, everyone needs a place to workout, right?" Yes, but luckily for me (and a others), there's ClubOne. ClubOne runs nicer gyms that cost a little bit more, but don't suffer from being over run (except maybe on weeknights at Santana Row). You see, the price barrier to join ClubOne makes sure that it keeps out the riff raff that makes places like 24h and WalMart such horrible horrible places to frequent. So where's this going?
Well, it all comes back to America and the problem of illegal immigration. It kills me when I see the Latino population and politicians rebelling against the volunteer minutemen border patrol that Arnold praises so highly. I don't get why those people are worried? They really must not understand the issue. The issue is not Mexicans or Mexican-Americans (or any other Latino group). The issue is illegal immigration. There are people from all over the world trying to illegally enter America, but by far the largest number is those from Mexico and Central America. If you've been to Los Angeles (specifically the San Fernando Valley), you've seen what an over abundance of poorly educated, poorly paid day workers can do to a city. I grew up there, but only in the past few years it's gotten down right awful. The city is crowded and traffic is terrible. Los Angeles is the poster city for the tragedy of the commons theory.
To reel this in, I whole heartedly support the minutemen who risk their lives to protect America from an influx of illegal immigrants and trying to do something about keeping America great. And a final note to our Latino friends who are against the minutemen: remember, illegal immigration is ILLEGAL.

YO!!!
Check my blog at http:///virtualdude.blogspot.com. I have some fundamental things I disagree with about this post. Not that I don't have mad loves for my boy Tommy here, but I believe there's more to the issues at hand than what he's said here.
