So I wake up this morning and check my email. There's some guy saying that the name of one of my sites belongs to him and he has a trademark pending. So I go over to the patent and trademark site and search for the trademark. Nada.
I decide to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and ask for his trademark application ID (since I can use it to look up the status of his trademark application). Again nada.
He says that's how he's "known." Me being a person who doesn't want to ruin some poor sap's means of earning a living again give him the benefit of the doubt and ask him to show me some published articles that refer to him as this name. Guess what? Nada.
Turns out it's his "nickname" (how old are you again?) on the Internet. Oh my god, you have to be kidding me. Can you believe that he's got an "Internet nickname"?!? And now that he's finally scraped together then six-ninety-five to register it he found out that the domain name is taken and wants it back. Give me a frickin' break.

Yeah dude, you wouldn't believe the amounts of dudes out there claiming Virtualdude... Let alone sozawa. WEAK!! Tell the dude to go fly a kite. That or give you 100K for the name. I'd sell it if the price were right.
