Hey! I work late all of the time...not to mention weekends. So much so that my wife gets jealous of my dedication to work and MyTVLife.com sometimes.

I guess in Redmond it's a little different than down in Silicon Valley. I feel like I'm in crunch mode most of the time if not always...there's always something to do...
