* Toilet explosion part deux *

So this past week we arrive home from our Vegas trip to find 3 notes on our door...all relating to the previous weekend's upstairs toilet explosion incident. Great, we thought at least they're going to finally apologize. When we opened the door to our apartment, we noticed that stuff was a little moved around...weird.
Well they apologized, but this time they apologized for breaking their toilet for the 2nd time in 9 days!! What kind of idiot do you need to be in order to destroy your toilet 2 times in less than 2 weeks and then not tell anyone about it until it floods the heck out of everything downstairs.
Luckily, this time we weren't there to deal with it and just as equally lucky, the landlord kicked one of the college girls who lived upstairs out. The other girl wrote us a letter saying she was sorry and tried to give us some sob story about how she won't afford the rent and would have to move too. I wanted to write her back telling her that she shouldn't associate herself with idiots who don't know how to properly use a toilet.
Anyway, long story short, we were compensated for our double inconvenience. Nevertheless, we're looking to move very soon.
