Holy HOLY cow.
Kudos to the Donald for once again throwing caution into the wind and ignoring the rules of the game to get rid of both Wes and Maria. If Jennifer is the FemBot, then Maria is the Wicked Witch of the East. Not only that, but get that woman some Visine already! Hongyun and I were ecstatic to see bossy, bitchy, and just-flat-out-wrong Maria get fired. But when the Donald said "Wes, you're fired too," that made my evening.
We interrupt this posting to say a special thanks to my Tivo for capturing this fine moment in television history. I salute you.
And what's up with Jen and Ivana...just kiss each other already! No, I'm just kidding (but seriously, wouldn't that be sweet? And yes, Tivo will be there to grab every moment). Jen: hot but was totally lame on the Levi's task (well, portrayed that way at least). She definitely lacks creativity neurons. Ivana did a spanking good job for once, although I was worried about her wheel of jeans idea until they put it into the pocket...that was genius.
We also watched (thanks to Tivo again) the E! behind the scenes of the Apprentice. And there she was....Omarosa!!! (cue the Psycho shrill RIK, RIK, RIK!). Man she is delusional...White House Deputy Chief of Logistics? I think she means, "would you like cream and sugar sir?" It sucked to hear Oprah taking Omarosa's side on the whole "N word" issue as well. Hongyun and I both lost a lot of respect for the big O after hearing that.
Dear Oprah: Omorosa is a liar (and her pants are definitely NOT on fire, if you get me). PS, send me a car (anything but a Pontiac) for Christmas.
