The thought dawned on me after seeing email spammers get convicted of a felony. Are comment spammers next? I sure think they are felons here's why:
1. Stealing my bandwidth
2. Stealing my web hosting storage space
3. Cyber Vandalism
Can the sites they link to be held liable for the public defacement of countless blogs out there? Any lawyers out there care to drop some science on me and see if we have a class action lawsuit on our hands? It'd be really cool to:
1. Figure out which sites are hit by which comment spammers
2. Do a whois on the domain name
3. Send out cease and desist orders
4. Let the lawsuits fly
Help...if you're tired of comment spam (as many are) and you know a thing or two about suing someone, let's get these dirty bastards and squish them like the scummy scum-scumming scumlers they are.
