Assembly: College Flashback :: home :: iPod Mod

Is it me or have you been seeing LiveStrong bracelets everywhere? I think they've officially become the new iPod of the holiday season (not that the iPod is in any danger of loosing it's cache). It's nice to see so many people supporting cancer survivors...or is it?
Livestrong bracelets are backordered for weeks due to the fact that the teeny bopper crowd suddenly cares about cancer research. Whaht sucks is that these little yellow rubber bands have been cropping up on ebay for as much as $10 (probably even more now). There's technically nothing legally wrong with this but think of the moral implications: Some buffon gets a hold of a stash of bracelets forr $10 bucks or so, ebays them for $100 and pockets the profit. Cancer research gets $10 while ebaying buffoon gets $90. I don't know about you but that sounds absolutely awful. If you're one of the morons buying these bracelets off of ebay, I urge you to give your $10 bucks to the LAF and wait an extra few weeks to get 10 bracelets which you can then give out to your friends. If you want a yellow bracelet and you don't know what LAF is...you absolute suck and should stop watching Nickelodeon and Disney channel immediately.

Do you want a Livestrong wristband?
I am trying to help the Lance Armstrong Foundation by selling Youth/Woman bands for $1.50 and donating proceeds back to the foundation (I am willing to provide proof of this to any buyer). I will pay for shipping if you order 15 or more.
Let me know if you are interested!
