Last night, Ginger and I head to Club One Santana Row to try a Yoga class. She's the Yoga Yogi, but for me, it was my first time. Anyway, I had a good time except I kept getting nauseated when doing poses on my back. My favorite pose was the Warrior 1 and 2. That was very meditative...very relaxing. Anyway, as you can imagine, I am pretty sore today but it's nice. I have "activated muscles that have been dormant" as our Yoga instructors says. He claims it will help keep us healtheir through the years (since we are challenging those muscles instead of letting them lay dormant and slowly decay). I'm game :)
