Michael Moore Breaking News!

Letterman's Top Ten List: Top Ten George W. Bush Complaints About "Fahrenheit 9/11":

10. That actor who played the President was totally unconvincing

9. It oversimplified the way I stole the election

8. Too many of them fancy college-boy words

7. If Michael Moore had waited a few months, he could have included the part where I get him deported

6. Didn't have one of them hilarious monkeys who smoke cigarettes and gives people the finger

5. Of all Michael Moore's accusations, only 97% are true

4. Not sure - - I passed out after a piece of popcorn lodged in my windpipe

3. Where the hell was Spider-man?

2. Couldn't hear most of the movie over Cheney's foul mouth

1. I thought this was supposed to be about dodgeball

Yes, we finally went to see it. On one level, it's scary to see just how intertwined our government is with people who have no interest in the well being of America other than to milk it like the money-rich cow that it is. On another level, I saw the "documentary" more as a "mocumentary" no matter how true the facts were. The style in which it was presented kept the audience entertained, but I couldn't help but feel that it was over the top. It made me feel like a lot of money from the Democratic party has flowed through Moore's pockets to get the movie made (eventhough I'm sure not very much has).

In the end, I recommend the movie just for the plain fact that the information is true and should scare the bejeezus out of you. It makes me think twice about my vote in November (eventhough seemingly votes don't count these days). I think I'll write in Arnold just for kicks on the November ballot....cause I sure don't think Bush should be at the reigns and Kerry doesn't seem much better (can you say "tax the hell out of the working joes to pay off the debt"?).
