Ginger and I love "The Apprentice." The Donald was awesome and the show actually taught us a little bit about business and dealing with folks when making deals. I decided to go over to the NBC shop to see what kind of Apprentice schwag there was. I found that the products were very overpriced (similar to the experience of trying to buy a t-shirt at a concert for $24). Then I noticed: ShopNBC.com - Jewelry.
That's the weirdest thing I've seen in a while...NBC is hawking cheap, ugly jewelry and it's "discounted." Why not drop the price of your Apprentice t-shirts and have millions of folks advertising their eternal (or as eternal as TV show worship can be) devotion to the Donald and NBC rather than carry thousands of items that are completely unrelated to your core business?
Sounds like somebody's gotta get "Fired" for that to change...
