Why hate Omorosa?? I find her a very confident,smart,educated woman.Look a little deeper and you will also see,sensitivity and compassion.

I too am from South Africa. However I have to disagree with the other South African who says Omorasa is "straight talking". How can that be said of someone who blatently lies on TV!I think it is a very sad state of affairs when someone who lies on national TV can still be succesful. At least Bill & Kwame have integrity, which Omorasa is sorely lacking in. For those of you who want to make it a race issue, there are plenty of strong, succesful black people who are shining examples of leaders. Unfortunately Omorasa is not one of them - and that has nothing to do with her colour.

I am not American, in fact I'm in South Africa and I know Omarosa is one of the most straight talking and confrontational people I know. And many people fear both confrontation and the truth.

So Omarosa must come to South Africa. Where we've had 'the truth and reconciliation'

This woman epitomizes the "I'm getting over on the world" mindset. She feels that she can con and manipulate anyone and once they're ask to be accountable for their actions, its everyone elses fault, racism, etc. It's sad commentary that this African American con artist was able to and continues to get attention on national tv.
Now the name "OMAROSA" has become a word associated with people who are liars, schemers, con artists and/or have an over inflated opinion of themselves.

Did anyone see Ogrerosa on the Tonight Show last night? My God, she looks like an ugly man wearing makeup, on steroids. She burned Kwame good in the final "Apprentice" show and then lies about it to Jay Leno. OGREROSA GO AWAY!!!! Your 15 minutes of fame ended BEFORE the last "Apprentice" show.

Thanks to all who responded. While this has taken up entirely too much time, I felt the need to comment that I believe that we all have a responsibility to do our best and not rely upon non-issues such as race or backround in order to justify or excuse any inadequacies, shortcomings or poor performance. I believe that that the latter is exactly what Omorosa has done, probably throughout her life with her behavior not only having been tolerated but has been rewarded and thereby reinforced.

On the show, and I expect elsewhere, she repeatedly messed up, and whenever she is or was called on it, and I suspect not nearly often enough, she plays the victim by alleging racism. Now it seems to me that you either do your job or you don't, regardless of color. That's it. End of story.

I seem to remember something about the need and right to be judged by the content of our character rather than the color of our skin.

Anything else is true racism, in my opinion.

I AM "STILL" SHOCKED!

I attended Central State University with Omi back in 95. She was Ms. CSU that year. She has totally disgraced herself, family, friends, alumni, professors, teammates, co-workers, and whomever else knows her personally. (Was that grammatically correct?)

Omi played on the volleyball team at CSU. I am still baffled about her panic-attack regarding a frickin piece of plaster. Omi was completely selfish on the "Apprentice". She never took into consideration the "main" group of people she represented: African-American women. She has given an image to the world that black women are liars, lazy and incompetent, regardless of how many degrees we obtain. I hope that people of other nationalities/races do not believe that Omi represented all black women of America. She certainly does not represent ME!

Ummm...the word "skank" comes to mind, though that would perhaps insult skanks. There is a sense of entitlement about her, to which she of course has not earned (it's not surprising that she threw a hissy at the airport). Unfortunately, we DO know who she is. A total loser, tolerated far too long in jobs where her employer simply could no longer tolerate her incompetence and shiftless, slothlike behavior, and finally canned her. She has simply gotten away with trading on her color and attitude, and has cowed others into letting her slide far too long simply because she is black. There seems to be a lack of cojones in this country...you can't discipline let alone fire anyone who is a member of a self-declared "group," lest you be called a racist.

Omorosa quite clearly has a chip on her shoulder, and if, God forbid you were to ask her, "Pardon me, would you please pass the salt?," she would no doubt reply, "Oh...you don't want the pepper because it's black!" You surely recall the episode where someone said to her, "That's (or you're) the pot calling the kettle black," with Omorosa's response being, "That's another racist remark," or something equally idiotic to that effect.

Anyway, good for the American Airlines agent who put her ass back in coach where she belonged, according to her ticket (and her persona).

Let us get to the place where we are truly colorblind, and reward excellence and decry whining, victimization and incompetence.

You see it's like this...Omorosa likes to talk about the things "she's done" and "capable" of, but when it comes down to crunch time, you saw what happened. She freaked out. She lost her cool. She plainly, boldly lied. Why do people seem to think this is a symbol of being a "strong, opinionated black woman"? If that's what people equate to being strong and opiniated, I'd hate to see what standards they use to judge incompetence and lack of ethics!

Those of you who like Omorosa, I salute you for your extreme idiocy. You should try to hire her to sink your business and give you the run around when you ask why her tasks were not completed. Omorosa is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I work for the City of Detroit, and there are dozens of people like her around me. Any little mishap is grounds for civil action. Detroit is known for paying off BIG money in lawsuits against the city. Why do you think we are $333 MILLION in the hole right now. Omorosa needs to GO AWAY, and never be heard from again.
