I have a Ford Think 4 seater for sale. I am located in Fredricksburg Virginia, Near Washington DC. The Ford Think has 1,200 miles on it. Regarding the availability of the Ford Think Neighbor I would be grateful if anyone can let me know where these are available and whether the Ford Company has given up trying to manufacture and sell these vehicles as the sales volume was not adequate for their needs, because I have strong reasons to believe that the basic vehicle can be revived and relaunched successfully by a smaller manufacturer , perhaps operating under licence from Ford, if Ford does not want to take on the burden of manufacture along with its large overheads.

I believe that with some relatively minor modifications, and if redesigned and marketed the way I propose ( retaining its essential character as a street legal electric car ), it will probably become a financial success both within the US as well as outside the US as a US export commodity. In the process of course, a whole lot of jobs can be created within the US, many of which may be in areas which are currently job-hungry.

If anyone out there has the address of the office in Ford Motor Company which deals with ( or dealt with ) this product, I would be grateful for this info so that I can take it up with them. Selling such a vehicle to a conventional market in a conventional way and for conventional uses cannot always work. It has to deal with specific niche markets for specific purposes, and the markets I have in mind wwithin the US ( and similar markets outside the US )are totally virgin and totally untapped. Further, it is my sincere belief that these market niches can be filled quite easily by the Ford Think Neighbor ( modified to the new design proposed by me ). Indeed, it is my belief that the Ford Think Neighbor ( as redesigned by me ), can do for the electric vehicle industry in this country ( and perhaps in the world ) what the original Model T did for the new automobile Industry in the early part of the 20th Century.
