Actually, I found out that the current commerical is by an Argentinian producer, Manuk, who did the commercial as a commission. It is only 30 seconds or so. The details are on some German web sites, and they indicate that another song was selected for use in Germany, but that in "Ausland" countries, "You Give Me Love" by Manuk is used. It is an awesome techno snippet with laconic singing. Details are "Manuk - You Give me Love [2003; Metamorphosis; Mosquito, Opa, Poppen, Grab, Wurm, Tequila] " This is the body spray commercial where the guy sprays himself, is bitten by a mosquito that is eaten by a frog that is eaten by an old guy who attracts a younger women but ends up dead. No one could take this commercial seriously, it's too dumb, but the music is pretty sharp.

I know where you can get the Axe song! On KaZaA- you can download it but you might have to do it a couple times before it downloads - just type in Axe commercial- exactly the way it is shown and you will get it. Its all of thirty seconds long but still. Its a kick ass song and its weird that so many people worldwide agree. THought that might help any of you still trying to find it.

hey niki, or what ever, i got some advice for you. You should worry about yourself. Kids today, or in the past are not stupid, if they are rasied right, then they know the difference between right and wrong and if they make the wrong choice thats all on them and i do believe that they know there making the wrong choice and they have to deal with what comes next. You should worry about yourself cause for one no one died and made you the voice of the youth and futhermore, no one wants to hear you babble. This world would be better off if people only worried about themselves and there own.

Why are you people so concerned about this song that plays in the elevator? Are you not aware whats going on during the song? When I first saw this commercial I was appaled! The Axe's portrayal of women is discusting, indecent, and offensive!! This commercial along with the other three axe commercials are extremely irresponsible. They are sending millions of young people the message that as long as someone smells good, it's alright to have sex with them! I have many sisters and brothers and I do not allow them to watch your commercials, how dare you play them during prime time when millions of children and young aldults are watching. I don't know when it happened or why the youth of today allows company's and their products to worsen the problem in our society. Never mind the double standard that a man can be as permiscuis as he likes and be labled a "Hero", but if a woman does the same thing she's a slut? Now to add to that misconseption we have a body deodrant spray sending out the message to our youth that women are easy and men can control them as long as they smell good. Never mind the fact that their total strangers who meet on an elevator. Women can not be controlled, and they (for the most part) do not have sex with strangers. There are too many young children who are having children, sexuality transmitted diseases are spreading at an allarming rate, and 6 year old kids are having sex! I believe that the axe commercials should be banned from T.V. The youth of today sees too much sex and sexually related topics, the media targets young adults into purchasing their product convincing them that it will help them become populair and able to have sex with as many women as they like. Girls see these commercials as what is true, they believe they have to fit the mold of the sexy, easy, minipulated women that this product portrays. I don't want my brothers and sisters growing up thinking that women are easily controlled and all they have to do is smell nice or have nice things and women will be instantly theirs.
