Ginger and I sat down and figured out what to do about our beloved Th!nk Neighbor. We figured that if we sold it, we'd be able to almost completely pay off the Sparrow by the end of next year as opposed to still owing about 6500 bucks on it. We decided this is the best thing to do so the Th!nk Neighbor will be going on the auction block two weeks after we receive the Sparrow. Get your ebay accounts ready! The bidding will start very low and the reserve will be 5550. Hopefully we'll make it there!
