The clip is/was shown between commericals and is about 10 seconds. Typically they have still-shots of various characters from the show their trying to promote. It is a slower electronic track. the commercial consists of a whole bunch of people in the water and their friend who is on the dock. the girl on the dock is hesitant about going into the water because she has her period(duh)and then near the end she takes of her shoe and her friends start to chear!
